Lifeguarding
A lifeguard is person who oversees the safety of swimmers. They are generally strong and experienced swimmers, who are trained in CPR, first aid, and certified in water rescue.

Lifeguarding requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must be able to swim 200-400 yards
- Must be tread water for two minutes
- Must be able to grab a 10 pound brick from the bottom of the pool using a suface dive and swim 25 yards with brick.
- Must pass Red Cross Lifeguard written test and interactive test on CPR, First Aid and AED
